ATTENTION: CIGNA PPO PATIENTS WHO RECEIVE DEPO PROVERA INJECTIONS HERE
Effective immediately, your Depo Provera medication must be called into a pharmacy for you to pick up. You will need to contact our office when it is time for your Depo injections. Be sure to call a few days prior to needing the injection so there is time for us to call it in to your pharmacy and for you to pick it up, then schedule a time to come in for the injection.
We are forced to do this because Cigna will not reimburse us enough to cover our cost to keep your Depo Provera on hand here at our office, through our regular supplier.
