Dr. Neyman considers it a privilege to have provided comprehensive care to women of all ages, from first exams through the miracle of childbirth, perimenopausal and menopausal care. After working 12 years with the Renaissance Women's Group she has developed a team approach with area physicians to help women dealing with such complex issues as infertility (including PCOS), high risk pregnancies, breast cancer therapy and complicated gynecology issues. From both personal and professional experience, Dr. Neyman feels integrative medical care is a must.
Dr. Neyman specializes in minimally invasive surgeries including Laparoscopic Assisted Hysterectomy. She also performs many in-office surgeries including Novasure and HerOption endometrial ablation which can reduce or end menstrual bleeding and treat uterine fibroids without hysterectomy. Essure hysteroscopic tubal ligation offers permanent sterility with no incisions and is also done in office.

Dr. Neyman shares her home with her husband, Jim, who is an engineer, and three bossy but adorable rabbits, BonBon, Kona, and Snowflake, who were all abandoned Easter pets. She is active in animal rescue and volunteers at Town Lake Animal Shelter and with House Rabbit Resource Network. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, native Texas gardening and catching up on TiVo programs her husband records for her while she is working.
