A couple’s workshop designed to explore the physical & emotional changes of pregnancy and their impact on intimacy and sexuality. Ways to strengthen communication and build intimacy (especially when sexual intercourse is limited or forbidden) will be presented in a fun, relaxed, and tasteful manner.

Michele Hackney, MSN, R.N.

In 1990, following graduation from nursing school at the University of Hawaii, I began my career as a psychiatric-mental health nurse. During this time I worked with a diverse population in a variety of settings and held professional certification in the field. Since 1998, I have had the pleasure of working in women’s health. After three years experience in labor and delivery, I began working with the physicians of the Renaissance Women’s Group. 

Because I am a lifelong learner and enjoy teaching, I decided to further my education. In 2009, I completed graduate studies at Walden University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Education. Building on personal and professional experience, coupled with specialized training in education, I am prepared to offer educational classes that are student-centered and fun. As your family grows, I am honored to assist you in meeting your educational needs.
